Deborah Ann Barr

Deborah Ann Barr, age 57 of Lee Street, Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday June, 19, 2017 at her residence. Born on October 31, 1959 in Baltimore, MD, she was a daughter of Mary E. Ratliff Collett of Moorefield, WV and Harlan M. Barr, Sr. of Madison Heights, VA. A daughter, Angel Alger-Lowery preceded her in death. Surviving in addition to her parents are two sons, Nicolaus Nocar of Columbus, OH and Donald Biscotti, Jr of Jacksonville, FL; two sisters, Vicki Jones of Moorefield, WV and Joyce Barr of Fort Collins, CO; two brothers, Harlan M. Barr, Jr. of Purgitsville, WV and Timothy Collett of Cedar Edge, CO; and one grandchild. Private family services will be held at a later date.
