Garland Sylvester Kline

Garland Sylvester Dick Kline, age 63 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Saturday evening, January 31, 2015 at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. Born January 16, 1952 in Hardy Co., WV, he was the son of the late Lawrence Sylvester Kline and Doris Mae (Bucy) Kline. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Surviving are two children, Wendy Kline and Seth Kline; six brothers, Richard W. Kline, Randy A. Kline, James W. Kline and Larry Kline of Moorefield, WV, Gary L. Kline of Fisher, WV and Lloyd Kline of Woodbridge, VA. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Lane Lee officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery with Military Graveside Rites accorded by the US Army. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM Friday until time of services at 1:00 PM.
