Gary Randolph Rhodes

Gary Randolph Rhodes, Sr. age 69 of Old Scott Farm Road, Moorefield, WV, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014 at his residence. Born November 5, 1944 in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late George Rhodes and Hazel (Mott) Rhodes. He was a retired US Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Surviving are five sons; Eric B. Rhodes of New Creek, WV, Gary R. Randy Rhodes, Jr. of Fairbanks, AK, Shane P. Rhodes of Marshville, NC, Wesley M. Rhodes of Bakersfield, CA & Charles W. Rhodes of Fairbanks, AK; a daughter, Angela M. Rhodes of New Creek, WV; a step-son, William H. Cook of Fairbanks, AK; two brothers, Ronald Rhodes of Maysville, WV and Bruce Rhodes of Georgia; a sister, Rosemary Langford of San Diego, CA; ten grandchildren and a great-grandson. Funeral Services will be conducted 10:00 AM Saturday, July 5, 2014 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St. Interment will follow with Full Military Graveside Rites accorded by the US Army at the Thrush Cemetery, Knobley Road, Antioch, WV. The family will receive friends from 3:00 5:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
