Stephen Craig Kellams, age 56 of Petersburg, WV formerly of South Fork Road, Moorefield, WV passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at his residence. Born October 26, 1961 in Highland, Illinois, he was the son of the late Claude William Kellams and Kathleen Gay Raley Kellams. A brother, William David Kellams also preceded him in death. Surviving is a daughter, Carrie A. Rose of Salisbury, MD. There will be no services.
