Ami Omechinski

Ami Faun Omechinski, age 48 of Purgitsville, WV, passed away Sunday afternoon near her home. Born on April 9, 1976, in Wilmington, DE, she was a daughter of Brenda Sue Wilkins Clark of Purgitsville, WV and the late Charles Omechinski II.

 Ami's love and dedication knew no bounds. She was a proud 1994 graduate of Greenbrier West High School and a faithful member of the Old Fields Baptist Church. As the Assistant Manager at Dollar Tree, her work ethic and compassion touched the lives of many. In her moments of respite, Ami found solace in coloring, crocheting, and the camaraderie of bowling.

 Left to cherish her memory is her loving son, Daniel Ryane Benjamin Omechinski, her dear mother Brenda Clark, her devoted brothers Brent Roy Omechinski and Charles Omechinski III, and her four-legged companions, Bigsby, Pepsi, Calli, Mtn. Dew, Twilight & Sunkist.

 The Funeral Services to honor Ami's life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel located at 107 Washington Street. Pastor Dan Howard will lead the service. Following the ceremony, Ami will be laid to rest in the Old Pine Cemetery, Purgitsville, WV. The family will be receiving friends and well-wishers between 6 – 8 PM on Friday at the funeral home. Let us come together in remembrance of a life that touched so many with kindness, devotion, and everlasting love.
