Angela Elizabeth Alger-Lowery

Angela Elizabeth Alger-Lowery, age 33 of Old Fields, WV, passed away Monday evening, May 27, 2013 near Franklin, WV as a result of an ATV accident. Born July 25, 1979 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Deborah Ann Barr of Old Fields, WV and Donald Edward Alger of Baltimore, MD. A son Christian preceded her in death. Surviving is a son, Andrew Lowery of Moorefield, WV; two brothers, Donald Biscotti & Nicolaus Nocar of Moorefield, WV; a sister, JoAnn Alger of Baltimore, MD; Maternal grandmother, Mary Collett of Old Fields, WV and Maternal grandfather, Harlan Barr, Sr. of Lynchburg, VA. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dan Howard officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 8 PM Thursday at the funeral Home.
