Archie Brooks Anderson

Archie Brooks Anderson, age 83 of Killdeer Lane, Moorefield, WV, passed away Wednesday morning, August 15, 2012 at his residence. Born August 9, 1929 in Monogah, WV, he was the son of the late Archie Arthur Anderson & Sarah Genevieve (Manley) Anderson. Formerly of Shinston, WV he was a coal miner, a farmer and a US Army veteran. A daughter, Linda Reeses preceded him in death. Surviving is his wife, Helen (Kazamire) Anderson; a son, Brian John Anderson of Moorefield, WV; a daughter, Vickie Foeks of Beaver Falls, PA; two brothers, Richard Anderson and John P. Anderson of Shinnston, WV; a sister, Mary Lou Toll of Shinnston, WV; a granddaughter, Heather; three grandsons, Mike, Steve and John and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted 3:00 PM Sunday, August 19, 2012 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St. with Father Mario Claro officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 ? 6 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
