Benny Wratchford

Benny Muntzing Wratchford, age 58 of Moorefield, WV passed away Monday morning, August 19, 2002 at his residence. Born February 25, 1944 in Hardy County, WV he was a son of the late Raymond & Effie Lee (Mayhew) Wratchford. He was a member of the Walnut Grove Church of the Brethren, and a Vietnam Veteran of the US Army. Surviving: 3 Brothers, Raymond Wratchford, Jr; Tommy Wratchford & Frank Wratchford of Moorefield, WV; & 6 Sisters, Lillie Cassell of Moorefield; Edna Sutton of Baltimore, MD; Martha Heavner, Becky Alt and Damie Carr of Moorefield and Alice Riggleman of Rig, WV. Funeral Services were conducted Wednesday, August 21, 2002 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with Pastor Don Knotts officiating. Interment followed with Military Graveside Rites being accorded by the US Army and Moorefield Veterans Honor Guard at the Olivet Cemetery.
