Betty Lou Hutter

January 11, 1938 — January 25, 2020

Betty Lou Hutter, age 82 of Fisher, WV, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2020 at her residence. Born on January 11, 1938 in Fisher, WV she was a daughter of the late David Scott Hutter and Ada Virginia Bergdoll Hutter.  A sister, Bonnie Hutter Moore also preceded her in death.

Betty Lou always wanted to teach children and did for her lifetime with a passion most teachers understand. She was a NASCAR enthusiast, taking in races when she could.  She was a prolific reader and enjoyed sharing meals with her friends.  She was a member of Grove Street Methodist Church in Petersburg and also attended First Baptist Church in Petersburg, WV.

She is survived by her dear friends, Louise Davis of Moorefield, WV, Wanda Travis of Maysville, WV, Lisa Stanton of Petersburg, WV and Charles Wolfe of Fisher, WV as well as many other cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held beginning at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 1, 2020 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with Pastor Rick Bergdoll as officiant. Friends may call from 10:00 AM until time of services.
