Blaine Edward Kerns

Blaine Edward Kerns, age 85 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Friday evening, November 18, 2022, at the Grant memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born on April 4, 1937, in Grafton, WV, he was a son of the late Dorsey Everely Kerns and Lena Gay Bolyard Kerns.

Blaine, “Pap” to his grandchildren, enjoyed the outdoors in every aspect, traveling to Nascar races, and he had a major sweet tooth.

Surviving is his wife of 64 years, Sandra Kay Bennett Kerns; a son, Mark (Rose) Kerns of Fairmont, WV; a daughter, Kelli (David) Helmick of Farmington, AR; six grandchildren; two great-grandsons and a sister, Margaret Rogers of Grafton, WV.

Private interment in will be held at a later date.
