Daniel S. Cook

Daniel S. Cook, age 43 of South Fork Route, Moorefield, WV passed away Saturday afternoon, January 4, 2003 at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. Born June 1, 1959 in Grant County, WV he was a son of Anna R. Cook of Moorefield and the late Dan Boehm. Dan was an auto mechanic and welder and the owner/operator of Dan?s Repair; he was also a member of the Harper?s Chapel Brethren Church and a member of the Moorefield Lodge #29 A.F. & A.M. He is survived by his wife, Darlene (Lewis) Cook; sons, Joseph D. Cook and Michael L. Cook of Moorefield, WV, a stepson, Rocky A. Barnes II of Romney, WV; sisters, Mary May and Barbara Davidson of Moorefield, WV and Lisa VanMeter of Maysville, WV and one step-grandson, Rocky Kendell Barnes. Funeral Services were conducted Tuesday, January 7, 2003 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with Rev. Glenden Berg and Pastor Lee Cullers officiating. Interment followed with Masonic Graveside Rites accorded by the Moorefield Lodge #29 A.F. & A.M. at the Olivet Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Harper?s Chapel Brethren Church.
