Daniel Wesley Mitchell

Daniel Wesley Mitchell, age 80 of Valley Terrace, Moorefield, WV, passed away Thursday evening, April 9, 2020, at his residence. Born on February 12, 1940, in Nanticoke, MD, he was a son of the late Franklin Allen Mitchell and Amy Olepha Jones Mitchell. Dan was a veteran of the US Army, and a member of the John M. Golliday Post # 64, American Legion.

Surviving is his wife, Emma Susan Tross Mitchell; a son, Andy Lofton of Petersburg, WV; four daughters, Priscilla Watson, Danielle Mitchell of Washington, DC, Grace Mitchell of Frederick, MD & Nancy Church of Deleware, MD; a brother, Frank Mitchell of Salisbury, MD and numerous grandchildren.
