Dora Lee Wratchford

Dora Lee Wratchford, age 69 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday afternoon, June 25, 2012 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born October 9, 1942 in Moorefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lester W. & Bessie L. (George) Koontz. Two brothers preceded her in death. A housewife and a hairdresser, she worked for over 18 years as a microfilm technician for Octo, Inc. Surviving is her husband of 53 years, Harold D. Wratchford, Sr.; a son, Harold D. Wratchford, Jr. of Morgantown, WV; a daughter, Pamela Wratchford Smith of Pasadena, MD; three brothers, Oscar George of Harpers Ferry, WV, William Koontz of Moorefield, WV and Malin Koontz of Petersburg, WV; a sister, Bonnie Hartman of Moorefield, WV; four grandchildren and a great grandchild with another on the way. A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM, July 28, 2012 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with the Rev. Nick & Sherry Yurcaba officiating.
