Frank Allen Smith, age 62 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday evening, April 20, 2020, at the Woodbine Rehab & Healthcare Center in Alexandria, VA. Born on May 4, 1957, in Keyser, WV, he was a son of the late Gotha Bricine Smith and Mary Ellen Ray Smith. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Adam Smith.
Surviving is a brother, Harry P. Smith of Augusta, WV and three sisters, Mary Kershner of Moorefield, WV, Debra Stark of Keyser, WV and Linda Jones of Morgantown, WV.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
