Gay Wilda Flynn

Gay Wilda Flynn, age 88 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Tuesday morning, October 12, 2004 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born May 7, 1916 in Hardy Co., WV, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin & Louise (Strawderman) Shoemaker. Her husband, French A. Flynn preceded her in death in October 1981. A daughter, Patricia Gay Flynn also preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons, William A. Flynn and Jack W. Flynn of Moorefield, WV; a daughter, Marsha Myers of Moorefield, WV; a brother, Boyd Shoemaker of Moorefield, WV; a sister, Nora Shoemaker of Baker, WV; eleven grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. At her request, Mrs. Flynn will be cremated.
