Genevieve Wolfe Malcolm

Genevieve Wolfe Malcolm, age 83 of S. Main St., Moorefield, WV, passed away Saturday evening, August 31, 2013 at the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA. Born March 12, 1930 at Wolfe Mountain, Bass, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lemuel Price Wolfe and Anna Mae (Rohrbaugh) Wolfe. She was a member of the Duffey Memorial United Methodist Church and a graduate of Moorefield High School Class of 1948. Husbands Waldo Merle Eaton and Ward Alston Malcolm preceded her in death. Two brothers (Armond & Paige); six sisters (Eunice Smith, Marie High, Pauline Wilt, Minnie Wolfe, Vienna Rohrbaugh & Katie Shockey) and a son-in-law (Bob Inskeep) also preceded her in death. Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Eaton-Inskeep of Medley, WV and Jenny Eaton of Harpers Ferry, WV; two sons, Ward A. Malcolm, II (wife Wilma) & Tim Malcolm (wife Karen) of Moorefield, WV; a sister, Edith Ferrebe of Moorefield, WV; a brother, Randolph Wolfe of Moorefield, WV; six granddaughters, Kathryn Vidmar, Madelyn Vidmar, Nicole Rohrbaugh, Marie Williams, Rebecca Malcolm & Kimberly Malcolm; seven great-grandchildren, Amberly, Ashly, Callista, Dylan, Malina, Samantha & Myka; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor Jay Parkins officiating. Interment will follow at the Wolfe Family Cemetery, Bass, WV. The family will receive friends from 4- 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
