Harold Brooks Vincent, II, age 68 of “The View”, Moorefield, WV, passed away Tuesday morning, October 29, 2024, at his residence. Born on May 3, 1956, in Bainbridge, MD, he was the son of the late Philip Joseph Vincent Sr and Clarinda Betia Bean Vincent.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Surviving is a brother, Phillip Vincent of Sykesville, MD.
