Helen Moretz Jess

Helen Moretz Jess, age 59 of Kirby, WV, passed away Saturday morning, August 30, 2008 at her residence. Born April 28, 1949 in Baltimore, MD she was a daughter of Gloria L. (Perry) Burner of Jessup, MD, the late Blake Moretz and the late Robert Burner Sr.. She was a retired Personnel Clerk for the State of Maryland. Surviving is her husband, Donald L. Jess, a step-son, Jason Jess of Columbia, MD; a sister, Arline Coon of Baker, WV; three brothers, Robert Burner, Jr. of Shepherdstown, WV, Jack Burner of Moorefield, WV & Wilbur Burner of Jessup, MD; a special uncle, Bruce Moretz of Feastersville, PA; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Mrs. Jess has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
