John Junior Smith

John Junior Smith, age 80 of Spruce Hollow Road, Mathias, WV, passed away Friday evening, November 11, 2011 at the residence of his nephew, Martin in Old Fields, WV. Born August 2, 1931 in Hardy Co., WV he was the son of the late John Thomas & Eunice Irene (Wolfe) Smith. He was a US Army veteran having served in Germany 1953 ? 1958. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margarete Anna Smith in November 1989 and his second wife, Ethel (Colvin) Smith in December 1999. He was a member of Jenkins Chapel United Methodist Church. Surviving is a brother, Harlan Smith of Old Fields, WV; three sisters, Alma Smith of Petersburg, WV, Margel Goldizen of Moorefield, WV and Judith Edwards of Falls Church, VA and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, November 20, 2011 at the Duffey Memorial United Methodist Church.
