Lucky Elwood Crites

Lucky Elwood Crites, age 75 of Rig, WV, passed away Monday evening, February 18, 2013 at the Grant County Nursing Home in Petersburg, WV. Born February 5, 1938 in Hardy Co., WV, he was the son of the late Lemuel James & Ada Virginia (Baldwin) Crites. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, a sister, 2 grandsons and a step granddaughter. He was a member of the Rig Assembly of God Church. Surviving are three daughters, Sharon Rodgers of Moorefield, WV, Susan Gapp of Rig, WV and Patti Baker of Old Fields, WV; a son, Robert Kidwell of Moorefield, WV; two step-daughters, Debra Breen of Virginia Beach, VA and Kim Shaffer of Wellsville, PA; three sisters, Delphia M. Ours of Moorefield, WV, Mary M. Pratt of Old Fields, WV and Jose V. Crites of Fisher, WV; three brothers, Jackie W. Crites, Roger D. Crites & ?Bobby? Crites all of Rig, WV; his ex-wife, Judy Timbrook, three grandsons, three granddaughters, six great-grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday, February 21, 2013 at the Rig Assembly of God Church with Pastors Brad Taylor, Chris Whetzel & Wade Armentrout officiating. Interment will follow at the Critestown Cemetery at Critestown. The family will receive friends from 5 ? 8 PM Wednesday at the Rig Assembly of God Church.
