Mary Ella Fields

Mary Ella Fields, age 81 of Old Fields, WV, passed away Thursday afternoon, November 15, 2012 at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. Born June 17, 1931 in Greenspring, WV, she was a daughter of the late George Washington & Mary Elizabeth (Mayhew) Turner. She was preceded in death by a special niece, Mary Magdalene Borror, four brothers and three sisters. She was the last member of her immediate family. She was the past owner/manager of the Snook Inn Restaurant in Pine Island, FL. Surviving is her husband of 61 years, Wiley E. Fields; a daughter, Donna (husband Donnie) Southerly of Old Fields, WV; special niece, Denise Shaw; special nephew, Kenny Setters and numerous other nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday, November 18, 2012 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor Dan Howard officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 ? 8 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
