Mary Catherine Wimer

Mary Catherine Wimer, age 72 of Odgen Road, Moorefield, WV passed away Sunday evening, June 27, 2004 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born February 2, 1932 in Pendleton Co., WV she was a daughter of the late Gordon & Anna (Wimer) Arbaugh. Her husband, Hoy Wimer preceded her in death in November 1991. A daughter, a sister and four brothers also preceded her in death. Surviving are, four sons; Ray Wimer of Moorefield, WV, John Wimer of Mathias, WV, Tony Wimer of Maysville, WV; five daughters; Louise Wimer of Dorcas, WV, Susie See of New Creek, WV, Teresa Alt of Moorefield, WV, Brenda Sherman of Moorefield, WV and Rita Strawderman of Moorefield, WV; three sisters, Dorothy Whetzel of Dorcas, WV, Martha Keplinger of Petersburg, WV and Betty Whetzel of Augusta, WV; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services were conducted Wednesday, June 30, 2004 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with Pastors Craig Howard officiating. Interment followed at the Woerner Cemetery at Fisher, WV.
