Minnie Dae Jenkins

Minnie Dae Jenkins, age 85 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Friday evening, September 20, 2013 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born March 4, 1928 in Hardy Co., WV, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin Helmick and Margaret Alice Louise (Kuykendall) Helmick. Her husband, Charley W. Jenkins preceded her in death in December 1998. Five brothers and five sisters also preceded her in death. Minnie had retired from Rockingham Poultry after 20+ years. She was a member of the Charity Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons, Billy Jenkins and Donnie Jenkins of Moorefield, WV. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor Jimmy Stump, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM (Noon) until time of services at 2:00PM.
