Pauline Grace Pratt

Pauline Grace Pratt, age 89 formerly of Moorefield, WV passed away Wednesday morning, November 15, 2017 at Green Valley Assisted Living in Winchester, VA. Born on December 12, 1927 near Needmore, WV she was a daughter of the late William Hall Combs and Orlena Mae Wilson Combs. Pauline married Claggett E. Pratt of Old Fields, WV in 1948 and was married over 49 years and raised four children. Claggett preceded Pauline in death in December 1997. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Pauline worked over 25 years for Boise Cascade and American Woodmark cabinets located in Moorefield. Pauline is survived by two sons; Delmas & wife Donna of Stephens City, VA and David & wife Dawn of Broadway, VA; two daughters, Sandra Crites & husband Ronnie of Moorefield, WV and Alma Lyon and husband Bill of Lahmansville, WV; eight grandchildren, Debbie Crites Hilliard, Eric Pratt, Jennifer Lyon Hardy, Wendy Crites Branson, Jaime Pratt Ratliff, Michael Lyon, David Pratt, Jr. and Katie Spitzer; ten great-grandchildren; a sister, Mable Combs George & family of Petersburg, WV; a brother, Roy Vernon Combs & family of Bunker Hill, WV plus numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 17, 2017 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with Pastor Rick Bergdoll officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until time of services at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Eric Pratt, Michael Lyon, Colton Hardy, Eric Ratliff, Terry George and Mike George.
