Phyllis Mae VanMeter

Phyllis Mae VanMeter, age 61 of Ft. Worth, TX formerly of Moorefield and Petersburg, WV, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at her residence. Born April 23, 1942 in Petersburg, WV she was a daughter of the late Charles and Rosa (Moyers) VanMeter. A daughter and three brothers preceded her in death. Surviving are five sons, Brian Haynes of Ft. Worth, TX, Charles Haynes of Ft. Worth, TX, Johnny Haynes of Dorcas, WV, James Alexander, Jr. of Manassas, VA and Richard Alexander of Arlington, VA; two daughters, Phyllis J. Moctazoma of Ft. Worth, TX and Ceandy Dunsmore of Baker, WV, two brothers, Fritz Weasenforth of Moorefield, WV and Robert VanMeter ofPetersburg, WV, two sisters, Betty Rexrode of Petersburg, WV and Marie Alt of Upper Tract, WV, 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services were conducted Sunday, March 28, 2004 at the Full Gospel Non-Denomitional Church in Moorefield with Pastor Alan Dunsmore officiating. Interment followed at the Lahmansville Cemetery in Lahmansville, WV.
