Ralph Lee Charlton

Ralph Lee Charlton, age 61, of Alexandria, VA formerly of Moorefield passed away Saturday evening, December 19, 2009 at the residence of his daughter in Woodbridge VA. Born April 23, 1948 in Grant County, WV, he was the son of the late Ralph ?Cub? & Esta Mae (Shields) Charlton. He was preceded in death by his first wife Christine (Cyr) Charlton. Surviving is his former wife and friend Lisa Hollander; a daughter, Kimberly Kostiw (husband Mike) and three granddaughters, Ellie, Alice and Charlotte of Woodbridge, VA; a sister, Liz Norton (husband Mike) of Greenwood, DE; three nieces; Amy Brown, Michele Jamison, Tiffany Carey, and nephew Ray Norton.. Ralph worked upon graduation from Shepherd College with a CPA firm and later became partner with Minter, Morrison, and Grant until he accepted a position as Director of Finance and Personnel with the Alexandria Sanitation Authority. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor Harold Garber officiating.
