Richard Scott Gibson

Richard Scott Gibson, age 77 of South Fork Road, Moorefield, WV, passed away Wednesday morning, January 6, 2021 at his residence. Born on September 7, 1943 in Point Marion, PA, he was the son of the late Donald Player Gibson and Mauguerite Mary Andris Gibson.

Richard was a US Navy veteran and moved to the South Fork in 2004 after retirement from Lockheed-Martin in San Jose, CA. He enjoyed working on computers, fishing and golf in his younger years. A brother David Gibson and a sister Judy Gibson preceded him in death and he is the last member of his immediate family.

His is survived by his wife of 46 years, Kathleen Ann Brown Gibson .

Richard has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
