Thomas Ray Myers

Thomas Ray Tommie Myers, Sr., age 58 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Tuesday morning, December 23, 2014 at his residence. Born March 23, 1956 in Old Fields, WV, he was the son of the late Charles Edgar Myers and Irene Elizabeth (Reel) Myers. Tommie worked for Pilgrims Pride at their Hatchery Operations in Moorefield for many years. Surviving is his wife of 31 years, Judy L. (Monold) Myers; a son, Thomas R. Myers, Jr. of Moorefield, WV; six brothers, Charles V. Myers of Rig, WV, Renick E. Myers of Landover, MD, Floyd A. Myers of Mathias, WV, Elwood E. Myers of Moorefield, WV, George P. Myers of Petersburg, WV and David A. Myers of Dorcas, WV; four sisters, Louise Kidwell of Moorefield, WV, Mary V. Carr of Bowling Green, MD, Betty Kesner of Moorefield, WV and Becky I. Taylor of Purgitsville, WV and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with Pastors Brad Taylor and Matt Lyon officiating. Interment will follow at the Bethel Cemetery, Old Fields, WV. The family will receive friends from 5 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
