Tonya Fay Collins

Tonya Fay Collins, age 35 of Sugar Grove, WV, passed away Saturday evening, October 27, 2012 at her residence. Born August 4, 1977 in Charlottesville, VA, she was the daughter of Carolyn F. (Pratt) Wise of Fisher, WV and the late Hubert Odell Wise. Surviving in addition to her mother is her husband, Edward W. Collins, Sr.; a step-son, Edward W. Collins, Jr.; a sister, Violet Wise of Fisher, WV and numerous extended family members. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street. Interment will follow at the Woerner Cemetery, Fisher, WV. The family will receive friends from 5 ? 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
