Wayne Douglas Crites

Wayne Douglas Crites, age 63 of Moorefield, WV passed away Saturday afternoon, May 5, 2012 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born December 1, 1948 in Fisher, WV, he was the son of the late Walter R. & Mildred (Reel) Crites. He was the owner/operator of Crites Slaughter House south of Moorefield. He was a member of the Maysville Bible Brethren Church. A brother, Wendell preceded him in death. Surviving is a nephew he regarded as a son, Paul Lipscomb; two brothers, Dennis Crites of Fisher, WV and Ronnie Crites of Kingwood, WV; two sisters Elva Bobo and Loretta Hibbard of Fisher, WV and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastors Lynn Durbin & Jimmy Stump, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Woerner Cemetery, Fisher, WV. The family will receive friends from 2 ? 4 & 6 - 8 PM Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family.
