William Arnold Kemp, 59 of Richmond, Virginia died Tuesday, January 6, 2004. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam, and is survived by his daughter, Tammi Mason, 2 grand daughters, Tiffany and Tara, his father Gordon G. Kemp and sister Donna K. Bryant. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Saturday, January 31, 2004 at the Grove Street United Methodist Church, Petersburg, W. Va. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Judes Hospital.
